TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Penciled dates must be confirmed 10 days prior to booking commencement. Bookings can be cancelled up 3 business days prior to booking commencement. Any cancellations within 3 business days will incur a fee of 25% booking. Any cancellations within 2 business days will incur a fee of 50% booking. Any cancellations within 24hrs (1 business day) will incur a fee of 100% of booking. 

Please note that you will be held liable for any damage to our property during the hire of our space. Food and drink is only permitted in the rooms with authorisation from the studio manager. Any spillages must be cleared by the client and reported to management. All rooms must be left clean and tidy ready for the next client. Please dispose of all rubbish in the bins provided in the kitchen. Under no circumstances should liquids be put in the bins or on pianos. All dishes must be cleaned or can be brought up to the dishwasher in the main kitchen. If additional bin liners are required please notify reception  If this is not adhered to, a cleaning fee will be added to the room rate. 

Please make sure you take all of your belongings with you. We are not responsible for any lost property left in the rooms. Any filming in the rooms must be authorised by the studio manager. Any damage to equipment or the room must be reported to the studio manager.
